Partners & Legal Framework

Digital Bridge Technologies GmbH acts as Valtora's technology partner, supporting the development and structuring of digital business models, platform infrastructure, and transformation processes. Digital Bridge is a separate legal entity — it is not the operator of this platform and not a party to any investment.

The tokenization platform, smart-contract deployment, and hosting infrastructure are provided by Infinity Bytes Software Design L.L.C ("Tokenizer.Estate"), Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, under a service agreement. The technology partner does not act as custodian, payment agent, or fiduciary.

The legal framework under MiFID II and Lithuanian securities law is established by the law firm Legal Group, MB ("FintechBalance"), company code 306067005, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania — including the offering documentation and the filing with the Bank of Lithuania. Legal Group, MB is a law firm, not a licensed investment firm.

Regulatory Classification

Valtora, UAB is not a licensed credit institution, investment firm, or regulated investment fund under the relevant EU directives (CRD, MiFID II, AIFMD). The platform provides exclusively information and structured access to investment opportunities for qualified and professional investors.

For any regulated activity (investment advice, placement, asset management, public offers), Valtora relies exclusively on appropriately licensed partners. The responsible licensed partner is disclosed to investors before any specific offer or agreement.
